Loaner Car Policy
Advantage BMW Clear Lake
- Customers must have a scheduled service appointment to qualify for a loaner vehicle. (in the event of an emergency we will make every effort to accommodate our client's needs)
- Due to insurance regulations, the driver of any loaner car must be 21 years old or older.
- The driver must present a valid driver's license, credit card, and proof of insurance prior to obtaining the loaner vehicle.
- All traffic, parking tickets, bridge and road tolls are the responsibility of the driver of the loaner vehicle.
- The loaner vehicle must be returned on the day the repair is completed or when the agreed day is scheduled. A usage fee of $79.95 per day may be charged to the driver who fails to return the loaner Vehicle on the repair day or agreed upon day.
- Loaner vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount.
- Loaner vehicles are limited to 75 mile radius of the dealership, and may not be operated outside the state of Texas.
- Mileage is restricted to 75 miles per day. A mileage fee of $0.20 per mile may be charged to any driver who exceeds the daily mileage allowance.
- All loaner vehicles are NON-SMOKING vehicles. A detail fee of $199.95 will be charged to the driver who smokes in any loaner vehicle.
- We at Advantage BMW Midtown understand that your pet is a part of your immediate family, however we request for the comfort and courtesy of all our clients please do not transport them in the loaner vehicles.
